President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner expressed at the opening of the 133 congressional period speech, that Argentina is definitively out of the red.
"We have finally gotten the Republic out of the red. No longer an Argentine Government will have to take debt to pay debt.
If we decide to take debt, it should be for infrastructure works, not for financial profit," she remarked.
The Chief of State, highlighted the rise of the reserves "amid the speculation of false expectations" and in views of a "strong international offensive onto our government."
